Vicki is the strategist you want when the stakes are real and the work is complex. With more than 15 years in nonprofit marketing and brand strategy, she turns big ideas into campaigns and systems that hold up in practice across teams, platforms, and real-world constraints.
She led Bright Light’s work on municiPal AI, guiding a regulated-sector AI product from early discovery through launch. This meant translating institutional knowledge into a usable system, establishing guardrails, defining security and compliance standards, and shaping a tool people could trust both internally and publicly.
With a background in public relations and design, Vicki brings both structure and sensitivity to how organizations show up online. She understands that every digital experience is also a communication tool, one that shapes trust, clarity, and decision-making.
Whether she is shaping marketing strategy, leading a complex website migration, or developing responsible AI governance frameworks, she works at the intersection of strategy, risk, and execution. She is rigorous in her thinking, clear in her direction, and focused on building digital experiences that people can actually use and organizations can stand behind.
